2025年3月、城西エリア練馬区で一棟RCマンション「（仮称）練馬区豊玉中3丁目計画」の建築が始まりました。

最寄りは都営大江戸線、西武池袋線・有楽町線・豊島線が利用可能な「練馬」駅。新宿駅（直通最短18分）や池袋駅（直通最短7分）など、都心へのアクセスも良好です。また、東京メトロ副都心線も乗り入れており、元町・中華街方面への乗り換えなしでアクセス可能です。

2026年2月頃竣工を目指して工事を進めてまいります。

「（仮称）練馬区豊玉中3丁目計画」はRC構造の4階建。現在は基礎工事が進んでいます。（写真は2025年4月15日時点のものです）

都営大江戸や西武池袋線・有楽町線など複数路線が利用可能。駅前や近隣には大型スーパーや活気のある飲食街に加え練馬区役所もあり、単身者だけでなくファミリーも暮らしやすい街として人気です。
