 一棟RCマンション「COCOFLAT」シリーズの新規物件、「（仮称） COCOFLAT 練馬」の建築が始まりました。 

最寄りは都営大江戸線、西武池袋線・有楽町線・豊島線が利用可能な「練馬」駅。新宿駅（直通最短18分）や池袋駅（直通最短7分）など、都心へのアクセスも良好です。また、東京メトロ副都心線も乗り入れており、元町・中華街方面への乗り換えなしでアクセス可能です。

2027年3月頃竣工を目指して工事を進めてまいります。

「（仮称） COCOFLAT 練馬 」はRC構造の5階建。4月20日に着工し、現在は基礎工事が進んでいます。（写真は2026年4月24日時点のものです）
