2025年春、都内屈指の繁華街「池袋」エリアではCOCOシリーズの2物件（COCOSPASEとCOCOFLAT）が建築中です。

■COCOSPASE池袋

池袋駅から徒歩4分、西口の劇場通り沿いに建築中のCOCOSPACE池袋。地上9階建の鉄骨造で、店舗や事務所などのテナントを想定しています。現在工事は上棟まで進んでおり、引き続き建物内の設備を設置しています。  2025年12月竣工を目指して工事を進めていきます。

■COCOSPASEシリーズ

COCOSPASE（ココスペース）は、店舗・事務所・住居など様々な用途が混在した、スタイリッシュなデザインが人気の都市型複合賃貸ビル。シリーズの物件は高田馬場や恵比寿などの繁華街や、西荻窪や三軒茶屋など住居としても人気のエリアに建築されています。

■池袋駅西口周辺  
東武デパートがある池袋駅西口は駅前を中心に再開発計画が進行中。2043年の完成に向けて、これから駅前が大きく変わっていくようです。3枚目の写真は2021年8月に閉館した丸井マルイの跡地に建設している「IT TOWER TOKYO」。2026年開業予定で建築を進めています。

■COCOFLAT池袋Ⅲ  
池袋エリアで3棟目のCOCOFLATシリーズ。  
最寄りは東武東上線の北池袋駅（徒歩4分）、池袋駅も徒歩圏内の好立地に建築中です。  
2025年3月に着工し、2026年2月の竣工に向けて工事を進めています。

■COCOFLAT  
COCOFLAT（ココフラット）は、低層・コンパクトな一棟RCマンションシリーズ。  
装飾を排した、フラットでスタイリッシュな外観フォルムが特徴。  
「限られた空間に最大限の設備を」をコンセプトに、本当に必要な仕様・設備を選び抜くことで、シンプルさと快適な居住性を兼ね備えた収益物件を目指しました。
