Hokushin Fudosan Group (“HFG”) has established policies for the protection of personal information as follows and hereby declares them as the Personal Information Protection Policy of HFG.

1. Basic Policy

Hokushin Fudosan Group (“HFG”) recognizes the importance of each client’s personal information and is fully committed to the appropriate handling and secure management of personal information including its anonymized data (hereinafter ’Personal Information etc.’) ensuring all of our employees comply with laws, regulations, company rules, etc., concerning the protection of personal information.

2. Use of Personal Information

(1) Purpose of use of personal information and retained personal data

We acquire the personal information of our clients by lawful and fair means, and either concurrently clarify the purpose of its use and other necessary matters concerning personal information or post them on our website or its equivalents. We handle personal information pursuant to appropriate procedures and within the scope of the purpose of its use.

(9) Lending of money and its mediation and debt guarantee services
(10) Business related to life insurance solicitation and agency service for non-life insurance
(11) Business of Japanese inns and hotels
(12) Business of restaurants and cafes
(13) Sales and manufacture of processed foods
(14) Environmental Assessment service

(16) All business activities related to conducting for the purposes above.

(2) In case of using personal information

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those that you have consented.

(3) Provision of personal information to a third party

Other than the cases that consents are received from customers and/or requests from judicial or administrative agencies with legal obligations based on laws and regulations, we will not disclose the personal information of customers to a third party. In addition, even with the consent of the customer, when disclosing, depositing, or providing personal information to a third party other than our company, we will conciliate an agreement with the third party regarding the protection of personal information and strive to make every effort to protect personal information. However, information sharing between the HFG (Hokushin Fudosan Co Ltd and Advance City Planning Co Ltd only) is per rule (4) below.

(4) Sharing of personal information within HFG

In case to complete a transaction, and/or to provide products or services as per the request of customers, and with the consent of the customers, the personal information of customers will be shared within HFG (Hokushin Fudosan Co Ltd and Advance City Planning Co Ltd only). Data such as pages viewed by customers will be recorded via cookie or web bacon in our website. These data are used for understanding the access status of our website and/or providing useful information to our customers.
